Board member of BIRLA Group of Industries. Audit Committee chairman Hyderabad Industries.( Birla Group). He was a  key person to establish BIRLA TEMPLE and Museum  at Hyderabad. Mr.P.Vaman Rao was one of the founder members of Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan’s Schools/Institutions at Hyderabad. And member in Several cultural organizations at Hyderabad.
