Rishi MS Engineering College for Women is associated with a comprehensive student development program with an objective to build employability skills of our students. The program focuses on honing various personality and problem-solving skills.
Backed with the belief that learning is a gradual and constant process, the program design and delivery are aimed at creating interest in students and also gauge their progress on respective skills. The program initially focuses on building their basic language and communication skills. During the later stages of the program, the areas of aptitude (Quantitative, Verbal & Logical Ability) are covered. Students are given an opportunity to take a Psychometric Test with an objective to asses their interpersonal skills, abilities, attitudes and personality traits.
Apart from all the training the students are provided with, soft-skills training with practice (Mock Interviews and Group Discussions) will give them the edge to make their way to the final selection of any recruitment drive.
In addition to the entire training and practice in the program, Mock tests and Company-specific test patterns would impart confidence to face the competitive world.
Specialised training in employment need and all other job publications like TSPSC, APPSC, UPSC, STATE AND CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EXAMINATIONS, BANK EXAMS imparted to students which is very useful in building their personalities as individuals, employees etc.
